MyUPMC is an online platform dedicated to the management of a patient’s health plan and requirements. When they sign up for an account, users are able to communicate with their doctors in a more efficient and quick way, schedule appointments, view medical results, or view lab results. MyUPMC Login Guidelines

- Enter your email.
- Enter the access code, if you have one.
- Click on the “Complete Form to Continue” button.
Once you’ve successfully completed the registration process, you can proceed to log in for the first time. In order to access your account immediately after creating it, do this:
- Visit myupmc.upmc.com.
- Click on the “Log In” button.
- Enter your username in the first field.
- Enter your password in the second field.
- Click the “Log In” button to access your account.
MyUPMC Mobile Login Guidelines
You can also log into your account on a mobile device. Follow these steps on your mobile browser:
- Go to myupmc.upmc.com.
- Tap on the “Log In” button.
- Input your username in the first empty field.
- Input your password in the second empty field.
- Tap “Log In” to complete the login process.
There is currently no application available for download that can help you log into your MyUPMC account. That said, if you want to access your account on the go, you will have to do so via a mobile device’s browser, following the steps above.

In case you’ve forgotten your username, follow these steps to retrieve it:
- Visit myupmc.upmc.com.
- Access the “Log In” link.
- Click on the “Forgot username?” link.
- Enter your first, middle (optional), and last name.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Click on the “Complete Form to Continue” link.
For a forgotten password, here are the steps you need to follow:
- Access myupmc.upmc.com.
- Click on “Log In.”
- Click on the “Forgot password?” link.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Click “Complete Form to Continue.”
